For the past few years I’ve been doing my best to lead a healthy lifestyle and exercise daily. This has done wonders for my health issues and kept me in shape, which I find is very important for a woman of my age. Well, it makes for an improvement of movement efficiency, and a reduction of the number of muscles that need to be activated. This is yet another way that leggings make exercising easier.

I’d never consider switching to anything else, and I think it would just make exercise harder anyway.
